Privacy Policy
How Furnmarket uses account information, workshop content, and customer inquiries
Last updated: October 10, 2026
About this policy
This policy describes information handled by the Furnmarket service at furnmarket.com. For privacy questions and requests, contact info@furnmarket.com.
Information you provide
When you create an account, we store your name, email address, account type, and account records. For email and password accounts, we store a password hash rather than your readable password.
If you create a workshop page, we store the business details, location, contact information, website links, logo, cover, listings, photographs, and videos you provide. An inquiry includes the sender’s name, email, ZIP code, message, and the workshop or product it concerns.
Sign in with Google
If you choose Google sign-in, Google provides your account identifier, name, email address, verification status, and profile image when available. We use these details to create or identify your Furnmarket account and sign you in. Authentication records may include tokens issued by Google.
We request only basic identity permissions: openid, email, and profile. We do not request access to your Gmail messages, contacts, calendar, or Google Drive files. Google account data is not used for advertising or furniture-photo AI analysis. You can revoke Furnmarket’s Google connection in your Google Account settings; revoking access does not by itself delete your Furnmarket account.
Public pages and inquiries
Published workshop profiles and listings can be viewed by anyone and may be indexed by search engines. Publish only information and media you are entitled to share. Your account email is not displayed as part of your public workshop profile.
When you submit an inquiry, its contents and contact details are shared with the selected workshop so it can respond directly. That workshop handles information it receives under its own practices. Your saved furniture and cart currently remain in this browser’s local storage rather than syncing through your account.
How the service uses information
We use information to provide accounts and workshop pages, display listings, deliver inquiries, send account verification and password reset messages, respond to support requests, and protect the service against abuse.
If you choose the AI photo-description feature, your selected furniture image and any object description you enter are processed through Cloudflare Workers AI to produce a draft listing. Review the result before publishing and avoid uploading private documents or photographs containing sensitive personal information.
Providers and technical information
Cloudflare provides the website infrastructure, database, media storage, and optional photo AI processing. Google handles Google sign-in, and SpaceMail provides account email delivery. These providers process information needed for their respective functions and may process it in countries other than your own.
Account sessions and security controls may store IP addresses, browser information, timestamps, cookies, authentication tokens, and abuse-prevention identifiers. Cookies support sign-in; browser storage supports saved items and cart contents. We use service data for operation and support, not for selling personal information or cross-site advertising.
Optional website analytics
If you allow analytics cookies, we use Google Analytics 4 to understand visits to public pages, traffic sources, browser and device information, approximate location, and engagement. Google processes this technical information on our behalf and may process it outside your country.
The Google Analytics tag is not loaded before you choose Allow analytics. We keep advertising storage, advertising personalization, and Google signals off. Our analytics integration does not send account identifiers, form contents, search terms, URL query strings, or authentication links. Account, dashboard, sign-in, registration, and password pages are excluded from measurement.
Your cookie choice is saved in this browser for up to 180 days. Use Cookie settings in the footer to change it or withdraw consent. Declining does not affect access to the site. We also keep analytics off when your browser sends Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track. Clearing browser storage resets your choice.
Retention and your choices
Account, workshop, upload, and inquiry records are retained to provide the service until they are removed. Session and verification credentials have expiry times; expiry does not necessarily remove every associated database record. Deletion requests are currently handled manually.
Contact info@furnmarket.com from your account email to request access, correction, or deletion of your account and associated information. We may need to verify the request. Limited information may need to be retained for security, disputes, or legal obligations. Copies already received by a workshop or indexed by a search engine may remain outside our control.
You can edit your workshop details, unpublish listings, sign out, or clear saved items in your browser. Clearing browser storage does not delete your server-side account.
Security and updates
We use HTTPS, password hashing, authenticated sessions, and ownership checks to protect information. No online service can guarantee absolute security.
If our data practices change, we will update this page and its date. Contact info@furnmarket.com with questions about the version that applies to you.
