The Furnmarket service

Furnmarket helps people discover furniture and independent workshops, publish maker profiles, and send inquiries. These terms apply to use of furnmarket.com. Questions can be sent to info@furnmarket.com.

The current service does not process furniture purchases or payments, take deposits, arrange delivery, or provide escrow. Adding an item to your cart or sending an inquiry does not place an order or reserve an item. Registration and listing are currently free; any future paid features will show their terms and price before you choose them.

Accounts and permitted use

Provide accurate account details and use the service only if you can enter into an agreement in your own name or are authorized to act for your business. Keep your credentials secure and report suspected unauthorized access to info@furnmarket.com.

Do not impersonate a business, publish misleading offers, infringe someone else’s rights, send spam, upload malicious files, or attempt to access another user’s account or private information.

Workshop profiles and content

Makers are responsible for their published business information, prices, dimensions, materials, availability, delivery statements, and media. Upload only content you own or have permission to use, including any permission required from people shown in photographs.

You retain ownership of your content. By uploading it, you allow Furnmarket and its service providers to store, process, resize, and display it as needed to operate the service and your published pages. This permission does not transfer ownership to Furnmarket.

You may edit or unpublish your listings. Contact info@furnmarket.com to request account or associated media removal. We may restrict content or accounts that violate these terms or threaten the service or other users.

Arrangements with a maker

Confirm the seller’s identity, specifications, final price, taxes, delivery, installation, lead time, returns, and any warranty directly before agreeing to a purchase. Purchases and custom-work agreements are made between the buyer and maker; Furnmarket is not the seller or manufacturer.

A listing is not a guarantee that a maker or product has been independently verified. Demonstration workshops and their example products are fictional and cannot accept orders.

AI assistance and availability

Photo AI provides a draft that can be incomplete or incorrect. Makers must check descriptions and categories and supply accurate prices, dimensions, materials, and other specifications before publishing. An AI description is not product certification or a guarantee.

We may change features or interrupt access for maintenance and security. We do not promise uninterrupted availability, customer inquiries, sales, or a particular result from a listing. These terms do not remove rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Privacy, changes, and contact

Our Privacy Policy explains the information we handle, what becomes public, and how to request access, correction, or deletion. Inquiries share your supplied contact details with the selected workshop.

We may update these terms as the service changes and will update the date on this page. Questions, content complaints, and account requests can be sent to info@furnmarket.com.
